1. General
In these conditions of sale:
The "company" means Media Timur Network the "purchaser" means the person ordering or buying goods from the company. The catalog is not intended to supply to a firm or company.
No contract between the purchaser and the company shall exist until the purchaser's order has been accepted by the company. The order shall be deemed to be accepted once the company has authorised the purchaser's payment.
It is the intention of the company that all terms of a contract between the purchaser and the company are contained in this document and in the descriptions of goods provided on the Media Timur Network catalog for items. If the purchaser wishes to rely on any variation to these terms he is asked to ensure that such variations are confirmed in writing to the company before he places an order.

2. Despatch and Payment
Unless otherwise specified the price quoted includes the product cost, packaging, normal weekday delivery to Malaysia, Singapore and Brunei only.
There are separate and additional charges for Saturday delivery and details and costs are on the website. If a timed weekday delivery is essential, Media Timur Network may be able to arrange this at extra cost and the buyer should contact our customer services to make the necessary arrangements.
All web transactions will only be processed for Media Timur Network based on Paypal Payment and Bank Transfer. Media Timur Network has its own credit control procedures in place to reduce the incidence of fraud for both the company and purchasers. These procedures particularly apply to new purchasers and are as much for your protection as the company's. If you are unable to provide us with the information to satisfy these credit control procedures your order may be refused.
The company uses carriers and postal services to deliver goods and the company shall not be liable for any loss or damage suffered by the purchaser through any delay in delivery caused by such companies.
3. Retention of Title
The company and the purchaser agree that title shall transfer to the purchaser only when the goods have been paid for in full.
The company shall be entitled to require the purchaser to deliver up the goods until such time that all due payments have been made in full. The purchaser shall store the goods free of charge and in a manner to ensure the goods are safe from theft and damage.
4. Warranty
No warranty for product handle by Media Timur Network . The company is not responsible in any way for the all product of the goods insofar as it does not affect its functionality.
Should the purchaser disagree with the result of the examination, he should write to the company's Quality Systems Manager who will investigate and re-examine the matter. Should the purchaser still be unhappy, the company and the purchaser may appoint an arbitrator who will make a final ruling both on the matter at hand and his costs.
5. Risk
As soon as the company has delivered the goods, the purchaser is responsible for them, until such time as the goods are delivered back to the company, in the event of cancellation or warranty return.
6. Liability
The goods are supplied to you for private domestic use and this is a consumer contract. Accordingly, the company accepts no liability for any business loss (which includes without limitation any loss of contracts, loss of profits, loss of revenue or loss of anticipated savings in expenditure or any loss or corruption of data) as a result of either our breach of these terms or our negligence or any other circumstances.
Furthermore, the company will not be liable under this contract for any loss or damage caused by us or any of our employees or agents in circumstances where: there is no breach of a legal duty of care owed to you or by us or by any of our employees or agents; such a loss or damage is not a reasonably foreseeable result of any such breach; any increase in loss or damage resulting from breach by you of any terms of this contract
7. Cancellation
The purchaser has a cooling off period of 3 days. The cooling off period commences the day after the delivery of the goods to the purchaser or the collection of the goods by the purchaser and the period ends 3 working days later. In such circumstances, the purchaser must inform the company in writing before the end of the 3th working day following delivery. The purchaser is responsible for the safe storage of the goods whilst in his care and the cost of returning the goods to the company.
8. Circumstances beyond our Control
The company reserves the right to cancel, vary or suspend the operation of contracts of sales if events occur which are beyond our control including (and without prejudice to the generality of the foregoing) fire, floods, storm, plant breakdown, lock-outs, riots, industrial action which prevents entry to premises, hostilities, non-availability of materials or supplies or any event outside the control of the company and the company shall not be held liable for any breach of contract resulting from such an event.
9. Law
These terms and conditions shall be construed in accordance with Malaysia law.
