Shipping Terms
Currently, http://1gambir.blogspot.com/ is only setup to ship using courier service POSLAJU (Pos Malaysia Bhd) , Skynet Worldwide (M) Sdn Bhd. or Nationwide Express.
While we strive to deliver all orders as quickly as possible, we ask all customers to allow us 2-7 days for delivery even though an order may be delivered in quicker time. Once an order is placed into our database, it takes time to process in fulfillment and ship out. If after 7 days, you have not received your order, please contact our at 019-6082608 or email to gambirherbs@gmail.com .
A shipping fee is applied to all orders. The shipping cost is a non-negotiable and non-refundable. Please be advised that if you choose an expedited shipping method at an additional cost, your order still has to process through fulfillment. The expedited service starts at the time your package is shipped.
If a delivery is refused by the customer without authorization from http://1gambir.blogspot.com/ a fee for return shipment and/or a restocking fee may be applied to any subsequent request for a refund.
Return Policy
No returns will be accepted 60 days after the delivery date. All returns must be in original packaging and resalable condition, and are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
Please be aware that we can only accept returns of orders placed directly through and fulfilled by http://1gambir.blogspot.com/. If you purchased or ordered any of our products through another retailer, we suggest contacting that particular retailer for return information.
Returned items are processed in the order that they are received. Please allow 3-10 days for your return to be processed and documented in our database. Any refund or exchange will be processed as soon as possible after recorded receipt of the returned item.
Refund Policy
All refunds issued will be in the amount of the product cost only. Shipping and handling costs or any additional surcharges for shipping are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
If you choose to return your order for a refund, and payment was made by credit card, your refund will be submitted to the original credit card on file. If that credit card has since expired or will no longer accept a credit, a representative will contact you for another method of receiving payment.
If you choose to return your order for an exchange, your account will be credited the total product cost of your original order. The credit may be applied toward the purchase of new products. New shipping and handling charges will be applied to your second order as applicable.
Discrepancy or Wrong Item Received
It is the customer's responsibility to contact us within 3 business days after delivery if an incorrect item was received. If we are not contacted until after the 3 business days period regarding an incorrect item received, the customer will not be eligible for a complimentary replacement.
Availability and Backorder Policy
http://1gambir.blogspot.com/ does not guarantee that an item or items you ordered online are in stock or even if it is still available for sale.
It is the customer responsibility to verify with us to see whether or not an item is in stock or still available for sale.
If an item is on backorder or not currently in stock, it may not be noted at http://1gambir.blogspot.com/.
If a backordered or out-of-stock item is ordered, we will do our best to contact the customer but cannot make any guarantee.
If you are concerned your order may be on backorder, please contact us and we will give you its current status.
If in-stock items are ordered with a backordered item, the customer will be charged for all items as well as full shipping cost for the order. We only ship the order once the backordered item becomes in-stock.
